With over 30 years of experience Chef Bill has worked for and trained with some of Chicago’s finest chefs. Bill’s passion for cooking developed at a very young age while cooking breakfast for his family in his mother’s kitchen. His love for cooking continued as he also enjoyed watching the faces of those that would taste his creations. Chef Bill has cooked for places like Charlie Trotters, the Fairmont Hotel, the private club at Orchestra Hall, The Chicago Hilton and Towers, Eurasia to name only a few. Chef Bill enjoys cooking and preparing beautiful arrays of fruits, vegetables and meats, he also takes pleasure in the delight his customers have with his cooking, preparations, and his good old fashion hospitality.
We are a new age catering company that takes pride in what we do. Off the plate takes catering to a new level and we always want our customers to experience a great and memorable moment. We cater from a private dinner for two to full service parties and event.
